Mumbai: A non-bailable warrant was issued against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on April 6, 2022. Despite the court asking the Mumbai Police Commissioner to arrest and present the MNS chief before the bench, the police are yet to comply with the order.
Magistrate Court in Shirala, Sangli had issued a non-bailable warrant against Raj Thackeray on April 6, in connection with a case of 2008 under Sections IPC 143, 109, 117, 7 in the Criminal Amendment & 135 of the Bombay Police Act.
